Refunds and Exchanges
As all pieces are made to order, with your chosen size and length to give you the choice of the perfect fit. As well as being more sustainable. We do NOT offer refunds and exchanges of your orders if there is no fault from our side in size/ length/ style.
- The exception to this rule is in case of a faulty product or incorrect orders received by the client. incase of damages we will require photos to assess if the damage was truly done from our side. all our pieces get checked for quality by three different people before they are sent out.
- We only accept exchange if the size/length are pieces we can showcase in our showroom and have not been worn. in this case we will send you another piece (the customer will need to pay for the shipping fees of exchanged products from both sides)
- if you receive the product and you decide you do not like it, or want it, we cannot issue a refund.
